Management brings to the attention of all Regional/Metropolitan Municipal/District Directors, the commencement of this year’s Inter-Regional and Inter/Intra District reposting’s. The process for G. E. S staff seeking assurance remains unchanged. (Please find attached the procedure and appropriate documents required).

How To Process Of Inter Regional Reposting For 2024/2025 Academic Year

The issuance of Assurance letters should take effect from Monday, 20^th May, 2024 and end on Wednesday, 19th June, 2024. Processing of Inter-Regional reposting applications to the Headquarters commences on Monday, 1^st July 2024, to take effect from the beginning of the next academic year (September 2024).

Kindly compile and forward to the GES Headquarters, lists of all staff who have been given assurance in your Region.

Completed applications should be forwarded to GES Headquarters latest by Wednesday, 31^st July 2024. Please note that documents received after this date would not be accepted.

Please note that a staff seeking reposting can only be released after the Director-General has approved and issued out a reposting letter to the applicant.
