Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide robust administrative support to the sales team by preparing insightful reports, presentations, and key sales documents.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with meticulous accuracy, ensuring up-to-date records for all sales activities.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and other departments to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Organize sales meetings, manage schedules, and prepare essential materials to support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and collaborate with the supply chain to maintain operational flow.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and drive sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and Outlook, with solid overall computer skills.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented but self-motivated, able to work independently when needed.
  • Familiarity with sales-related IT systems and software, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
